3. User Responsibility

However, Spooky Tech LTD cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, deleted, or inaccessible.

You are responsible for creating and safely storing backups of important records.

SpookyTech is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, app removal, operating system changes, storage problems, user error, or third-party services.

6. Media, Recording, and Consent

SpookyTech is not responsible for third-party services or for what happens after you choose to share, export, open, print, or save data outside the app.
